Our final Brilliant Club for this academic year will graduate in style at the University of Cambridge’s Selwyn College on May 15th. Our pupils will be told their grades on May 9th in their feedback session, so currently they have short wait until all is disclosed. However, we can allow them the tantalising news that these are our best ever results. 88% of the group achieved a 2.1 pass or above! 33% achieved a First Class pass. The course was demanding and explored the role of proteins in Alzheimer’s disease. Our KS4 pupils worked with a world-class expert whose research may one day lead to a breakthrough in finding a cure for the illness. More details of pupils’ performance and the graduation ceremony will be on the school website and in the etc. magazine in the near future.
