Deanna and Jared Blake have secured an advanced apprenticeship with the government (out of 1,200 applicants they got chosen for the final 30)

Deanna is working in The Charity Commission and Jared in International Foreign Trade. Both went to Cornelius Vermuyden School and then onto Seevic and completed their A levels – Deanna worked in an admin role first and Jared has only just left college. They will be completing a Level 4 in PR and Communications at Westminster College with a possibility of securing a full time position after 18 months. They obviously needed a good rounded set of qualifications to get these positions which they achieved at Cornelius and then Seevic. attached a photo outside number 10!

Jared is working at Whitehall and Deanna at St James Park offices. Thanks to all their teachers at Cornelius for their support and encouragement at school including the sports department who helped develop other skills like leadership, communication, teamwork, respect etc
