Congratulations to Karis Collett, Year 10, who has just won two Photography competitions achieving First place in the under 16 category of the Wickford Salvation Army Corp competition and First place in the Canvey Rotary Young photographer competition.
The young aspiring photographer, who is studying Photography at Cornelius, entered two photographs about the environment. To capture the environment Karis used the techniques of Rule of thirds, Depth of field and Macro. Photographers are always striving to master these techniques within a photograph and Karis’ images truly show her mastery of them.
