National Thank a Teacher Day 2022
This year in May we celebrated ‘National Thank a Teacher Day’ in style!
With the focus being on gratitude we created a huge display thanking all our teachers in our lives, not just the ones we find in the classroom.
Over 150 students, staff and school governors contributed by giving thanks to the many individuals that have helped shape their lives. The art club also contributed by creating a gratitude flower for display. We also had a house competition where students had to guess the celebrity school reports.
It was wonderful to read the kind comments written by all the different members of our school community about the wonderful teachers they have. From the rugby pitch to the scout leaders, so many people were recognised.
